Project complexity
A new three-page site is different from migrating a store, troubleshooting a broken donation workflow or integrating a CRM.
Editing & revisions
HDR photo merging, major content revisions and additional visits can meaningfully change production time.
Licensing & timing
Commercial image use, travel, rush requests, premium services and longer support commitments are scoped in advance.
A booking retainer may be required; its amount and terms will be stated in the project agreement. Every proposal explains what’s included and excluded.
