We plan the work
Routine updates are scheduled. Non-routine work is discussed and approved before exceeding the monthly allowance.
You stay in control
You retain your website, hosting and domain accounts. I’ll document what was done and flag work that needs separate approval.
Outside the plans: hosting and paid licenses, redesigns, hacked-site recovery, emergency guarantees, major custom development and support exceeding included time. These need separate approval and pricing.
